Real Estate

Four buildings, held for the long term.

Offices in Rijswijk, a school in Almelo, and two monumental church buildings in Gouda and Assen, both still in use.

The portfolio

Kolonos owns four objects in the Netherlands, in Rijswijk, Almelo, Gouda and Assen. The criteria are ordinary and hard to satisfy: a location that will still be wanted in thirty years, a structure that rewards being looked after, and an occupier who treats the building as their own.

Two of them are let commercially, to Stichting Jeugdformaat and ROC Twente. The other two are monuments, and the reasoning there is different: the church on Peperstraat in Gouda is let to Donkey Mobile and co-owned with SamenInvesteren B.V., and the Zuiderkerk in Assen is in religious and societal use.
